Realigning The Seven Chakras

There are seven main energy fields within the human body, called chakras. These seven sources of energy are what keep people going and are almost like doors, opening and shutting depending on mood and thought. Since they aren’t physical parts of the body, it’s hard to see when they aren’t working properly. Physically, people can tell when these energy fields aren’t in proper working order by how they feel. Each of the five senses, all feelings, and even experiences are attached to one of the seven chakras. When they aren’t balanced and working together, it’s time for some chakra cleansing.

Chakra Cleansing

You’re not physically cleaning each chakra, since they aren’t visible, but there are other methods of cleansing taking place. Knowing how each chakra is connected to a type of vibration of a certain frequency will help you to realign the corresponding chakra when the correct vibration is heard. There have been scientific calculations made to figure out which frequencies are attached to each chakra, providing people with a set of sounds to listen to.

These sounds are often on a CD and can be listened to any time people are feeling like their chakras are off balance. This can be done at home, while on break at the office, in the car going to and from work, or while relaxing in a quiet place. As the sounds begin, you will slowly start to feel better as your chakra begins realigning itself to the frequency being emitted from the CD.

The seven chakras are; root, sacral, solar plexus, heart, throat, third eye, and crown. Each of these energy fields are located in specific regions down the center of the body. Besides being able to cleanse each one with the proper frequency, there are also other forms of audio workouts that can be done; cleansing tones, subliminals, and affirmations. Some people even go so far as to go through hypnosis meditation for maintaining perfect balance among their chakras.

You don’t need CDs to be able to balance your chakra though, meditation on each region will allow you to realign each chakra as well. Every chakra is associated with a color.

In ascending order from crown to the root chakra the colors are as follows; violet, deep blue, turquoise, green, yellow, orange, and red. To begin the meditation, you need to close your eyes and concentrate on your breathing deeply for a few minutes. Once you find a comfortable rhythm, then you can begin the cleansing.

Keeping the breathing steady, imagine a white light that is running through each chakra. This light should be entering the top of your head, traveling through the seven chakras, and leaving through the ground below you. This light is cleaning out all the negative energy from within your body, creating a clean slate for positive energy to be placed. During this meditation, you will start with the root chakra and work your way up.

Seven Chakras
Since the color red is associated with the root, or base, chakra, imagine a wheel of this color located at the bottom of your spine. Imagine it spinning in a clockwise fashion. As this wheel is in motion, it is taking out all the impurities. You can then do this same meditation ritual with every chakra. Simply envision a wheel of color, the hue associated with the chakra you are focusing on, and imagine it spinning in a clockwise motion. Once you’ve finished your chakra cleansing, you will feel much more energy flowing through your body. It’s amazing how good you can feel after a little bit of focus on inner self.
